Local Artist: Kiki Slaughter

Kiki Slaughter lives and works in Charlottesville as a contemporary artist! Her paintings are inspired through her desire to recreate images of her visual surroundings through the process of pouring, scraping, and layering paint. She works to manipulate the paint to create bold, colorful, and highly textured works of art. 

Kiki Slaughter is represented by three galleries, Emily Amy Gallery, located in Atlanta, GA, Renee George Gallery, in Charlotte, NC, and Living found close to home in Richmond, VA!
